İmam Hasan'ın Yaptığı Barışın Şekillenmesinde Etkili Psikolojik Operasyon Taktikleri

İnsanın varlığındaki ruhsal ve bedensel boyutlar, savaşlarda düşmana karşı zafer kazanmak için iki gücü, kılıç ve düşünceyi -doğrudan askerî operasyon ve psikolojik harekât- birlikte kullanma zaruretini gündeme getirmiştir. Psikolojik harekât, insanın davranışında değişiklik meydana getirmek için onun zihin ve duyguları üzerinde etkili olmak üzere askerî savaşla omuz omuza, hatta belki ona öncelikli bir girişim olarak geniş askerî sahayla ve çok yönlü kapsamlı mekânsal alanla birlikte gerçekleştirilir. Ayetler ve rivayetlere göre psikolojik harekât hak ve bâtıl cephelerinde Peygamberlerin ve Masum İmamların (a.s) düşmanları tarafından çeşitli ve değişik boyutlarda planlanıp uygulanmıştır. Ama Peygamber-i Ekrem'in (s.a.a) risaletinin başlamasıyla birlikte özellikle Mekke döneminde çok yönlü ve kapsamlı örtülü saldırı şeklinde (tüm taktikleri kullanarak) İslam Peygamberinin (s.a.a) davetini yok etmek ve hak talebini ile adalet çağrısını susturmak için gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kur'an bu taktiklerden “keyd”, “mekr” vs. adlarıyla bahsetmektedir. Bu dönemde İslam'ın yeni ortaya çıkmış olması ve Müslümanların heyecanı nedeniyle düşmanların psikolojik harekâtı onların beklentisini karşılayacak seviyede değildi. Fakat Peygamber-i Ekrem'in (s.a.a) rıhletiyle birlikte münafıklar, kafirler ve müşrikler bu savaş türüne ilişkin sahip oldukları tecrübeyi yaygın biçimde hak cephesine karşı kullandılar. Bu savaşın küfür cephesi tarafından kapsamlı, karmaşık ve incelikli şekilde uygulamaya konduğu ve hak cephesi üzerinde dikkat çekici etki gösterdiği kesitlerden biri, İmam Hasan'ın (a.s) imamet ve hilafet dönemiydi. Bu acı hadise, İslam dünyasını, o dönemde İslam ümmetinin psikolojik durumu ve bu savaşı planlayıp uygulayan Muaviye'nin halet-i ruhiyesi boyutlarından araştırılmaya değer kılıyor. Bir araştırma projesi olan bu makalenin betimleyici-analitik mahiyet taşıdığını ve ihtiyaç duyulan verilerin kütüphane çalışması ve internet siteleri yoluyla derlendiğini söylemek yerinde olacaktır.
 
Abstract
The psychological and physical aspects of man’s life have raised the need to use the two powers of the sword and the intellect as direct military action and psychological operations in wars to gain victory over the enemy. Psychological operation as an action to influence the human mind and emotions to change his behavior is in line with military action and may precede it. This type of operation is comprehensive and takes place on a large scale. According to verses and hadiths, psychological operations were first planned and carried out by the enemies of the Holy prophet and the infallible Imams (AS) in various dimensions, but with the beginning of the mission of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), especially during his rule in Mecca, psychological operations by his enemies in the form of a comprehensive and extensive incursion (using all tactics) were used to deny the call of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and silence his call for the truth and justice, from which the Qur'an uses titles such as imposture and deception. In the advent of Islam and over the life of the Prophet, the psychological operations of the enemies did not have the expected effects, but with the demise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) the hypocrites, infidels and polytheists, according to their experience of using psychological operations in war, used this method, in a large scale, to fight against the religion and the infallible Imams. The age of Imamate and Caliphate of Imam Hassan is one of the historical periods that this type of war has been widely used with special delicacy and has had a significant impact on people. This paper aims to indicate the negative mental and psychological impacts and effects of psychological operation on Muslims. Moreover, Mu'awiyah has been studied as the designer and executor of this type of war. It is worth to mention that this paper, which is a part of a research project, has a descriptive-analytical nature and the required data has been collected through library studies and the use of Internet sites.
